Stevenage will aim for a third consecutive League One win when they visit Leyton Orient at the Matchroom Stadium on Saturday. The trip follows a 2-1 home victory over Luton Town last time out, a result that moved Steve Evans's side up to ninth place with nine points from their opening six matches.

Daniel Kemp scored his third goal of the season in that win against Luton, reinforcing his status as the team's top scorer. The 2-1 result on September 10 was preceded by a stunning 5-1 away triumph at Barnsley, meaning Stevenage have scored seven times in their last two outings. Their recent form shows two wins, two draws and one loss from the last five games.

Leyton Orient, sitting 15th, have lost their last three matches in all competitions. They were beaten 2-1 at home by Arsenal's under-21 side in the EFL Trophy most recently. The last meeting between these sides ended in a 2-1 win for Orient at Stevenage back in March.

Steve Evans is expected to keep faith with a similar lineup to the one that beat Luton. That side featured Taye Setford in goal, with a back four of Luther James-Wildin, Terence Vancooten, Carl Piergianni and Luke Freestone. Oliver Sanderson, Dan Phillips, Louis Thompson and Jordan Roberts formed the midfield, with Daniel Kemp playing behind striker Josh Magennis.

A win could see Stevenage close the gap on the automatic promotion places. The match kicks off at 3pm local time on September 19.
